I've poked around on the internet for a few days and have not managed to find anything that has worked. I'm at a loss and have no idea what to do. They can connect (it'll show connected in the bluetooth manager, but will never finish pairing so they won't work). Now, I've reinstalled, but NOT upgraded, and I can't get the devices to pair. Then I lost connection again and couldn't re-establish. After upgrading back to 10.8.5 everything seemed fine.for 1 day. So I reinstalled the OS, thinking something had probably changed. However, after a few weeks, the peripherals lost connection and I could not get them to reconnect. After upgrading to 10.8.5, I had some initial issues connecting my bluetooth mouse and keyboard, but eventually they connected and things seemed okay. My UniBeast, if memory serves, installs version 10.8.3 of Mountain Lion.
